Aaron joined the Colorado First Judicial District Attorney's Office in early 2022 as the Director of Information Technology. Prior to, and throughout, the pandemic, Aaron served as the IT Customer Success Manager for the City and County of Broomfield, helping to ensure smooth operations during challenging times. Aaron has previously held leadership roles in the hospitality industry, operations management, and state government investigations. His career has taken him to locations throughout the United States, as well as to Budapest, Hungary and Chennai, India.
| I am a visionary cybersecurity leader with over five years of dedicated service to Arapahoe County, driven by resilience, strategic thinking, and a fearless approach to tackling challenges in information security and compliance. Passionate about safeguarding digital ecosystems, I thrive under pressure and view every challenge as an opportunity for growth and innovation. Continuous learning is central to my journey. I achieved my undergraduate degree from Colorado State University - Global Campus in Communications, with an emphasis in Strategic Communications. I am currently pursuing my Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) certification at Carnegie Mellon University, Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, blending academic rigor with real-world experience to drive meaningful change. I also believe in the power of mentorship to elevate the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
| Olga has been with the City of Lakewood's IT team since 2015 and currently serves as the IT Business Applications Supervisor. She and her team collaborate with city colleagues to improve Lakewood's services through technology, focusing on enhancing the employee and public experience with a wide range of business solutions. Olga holds a Master's in Software Engineering and a B.S. in Information Technology from Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), as well as a PMP certification. Her IT career started in the private sector in Lithuania over 20 years ago and brought her to sunny Colorado in 2012.
| Kellie has been a dedicated member of El Paso County, in Colorado Springs, since 2019, serving as the IT PMO Manager for over three years. Recently, driven by her passion for project management, she transitioned back into a hands-on role as a Senior Project Manager.
A resident of Colorado for more than 20 years, Kellie enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, as well as traveling with her family.
