Alex joined the City of Lakewood in 2018 as a Project Manager on the IT team, and is currently the city's IT Business Transformation Division Manager. She and her team partner with colleagues across the city to identify opportunities for innovation and to make all that we do at Lakewood better through technology.
Prior to working for the city, Alex worked in various project management and business development roles across several industries within the private sector including international law, education technology, and advertising.
Alex was born in Lakewood...Ohio! She grew up on the shores of Lake Erie and she and her husband moved to Colorado in 2014 after seven years in New York City. Alex loves walking - and you can often find her exploring her neighborhood or the mountains on foot (or cross country skis), paddleboarding, or trying to decipher the Wordle.
Alex has a B.A. in Anthropology with a minor in Journalism from Miami University.
