Kateri joined the Broomfield Information Technology team in 2017 as the IT Operations Manager. She was appointed Director of Information Technology in 2020. Prior to that, she worked for the City and County of Denver in Technology Services as the Applications Manager and for the Denver Public Library as the IT Manager.
A Broomfield native, Kateri brings more than 20 years of information technology experience to Broomfield with most of that experience in local government IT.
Kateri earned her Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and her B.S. in information technology systems with an emphasis in database management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
In her spare time, Kateri enjoys gardening, paddleboarding, camping and hanging out in Grand Lake with her husband, their daughter who is going into her second year of college at CSU (Go Rams!), and 2 pugs.
